Trade terms and conditions
The application of extensions, aftercare advice and maintenance products used by the salon/extensionist or client are all factors beyond our control, falling within the jurisdiction of the salon/extensionist and client contract and are thus the absolute responsibility of the salon/extensionist.
Lush-us UK will not accept any liability for human hair products that have been coloured, permed or altered in any way.
The extensionist/salon must ensure they are happy with the product before application. Any discrepancies in colour/style must be corrected before the packs are opened so they can be returned to us in original condition.
We cannot be held liable for the performance of Royal mail or Interlink Express (our preferred courier service) and we as the agent are bound by their terms and conditions.
Lush us UK are liable only for the value of goods supplied and cannot be held responsible for any loss of income or costs incurred for any reason.
Quality issues and complaints
Lush us UK should be notified of any quality issue reported to you by your client within 1 month of purchase date. You should return the human hair product in its entirety for testing, along with details of aftercare products used within 1 week of notifying us of an issue, Our human hair products require specific maintenance using only Lush-us aftercare products which have specifically formulated to care for and nourish coloured Indian hair. Lush us UK cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from incorrect maintenance and the use of none recommended aftercare products.
Lush-us UK aim to carry out in-house testing and notify you of our findings within 10 working days of receipt of sample.

Returned goods
Any unopened products can be returned to us for a full refund (minus shipping). Any returns must be unopened, in original packaging and in saleable condition. We recommend that you ensure you use the correct postage service and insure the package as any goods remain your responsibility until they are received by Lush-us UK. No refund will be given for returned items lost in the post.
