All returned goods must be in saleable condition and the hair products must not have been used or handled i.e. packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed etc, for health & hygiene reasons. All products must be in original packets or boxes and not used or glue inserted into the barrel of the gun. Mistakes must be rectified within 3 working days. Returned goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. Returned goods must be accompanied by original invoice. Postage costs will not be refunded for unwanted items. Faulty equipment will be exchanged only. All goods will be inspected upon return and must comply with the terms & conditions before a refund is given. We have the right to refuse a refund.

In the unlikley event, your item (s) are lost, damaged or not delivered by the specified deadline, we will provide you with your tracking number, so you can contact Royal mail and make a claim for compensation. Lush-Us UK does not claim for compensation on your behalf. As long as we can provide you with proof of postage we are not responsible for any missing or damaged parcel once it has been mailed.
