Terms and conditions
Delivery
All orders placed before 3pm will be despatched the same day via Interlink express (unless otherwise stated) and should be received the following day before close of business.
Orders placed on Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery will be sent Via Royal mail Special delivery and should be received before 9am or 1pm (depending on the service selected). We cannot be held liable for the performance of Royal mail or Interlink Express (our preferred courier service) and we as the agent are bound by their terms and conditions.
General
You should ensure you are happy with the product before application. Any discrepancies in colour/style must be corrected before the packs are opened so they can be returned to us in original condition.
All Lush-us UK products are for professional use only and we can accept no liability for any damage caused by a salon or 3rd party as this falls within the jurisdiction of the salon/extensionist and client contract and are thus the absolute responsibility of the salon/extensionist.
Our human hair products require specific maintenance using only Lush-us aftercare products which have specifically formulated to care for and nourish coloured Indian hair. Lush us UK cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from incorrect maintenance and the use of none recommended aftercare products. Refunds and returns policy
Returns / exchanges
Lush-us UK are happy to exchange or refund any product providing it is unused and fit for re-sale, if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. (Distance selling regulations 2000)
Faulty goods and/or quality issues
Lush us UK must be notified within 1 month from date of purchase of human hair products if there is a problem or fault. We must receive the human hair product (in its entirety) within 7 days of notification to enable us to have the product tested. Lush-us UK aim to provide test results within 10 working days of receipt of returned hair. If the product is deemed faulty – a full refund or replacement will be issued. Please ensure you have read and adhered to our terms and conditions.
Lush us UK are liable only for the value of goods supplied and cannot be held responsible damage or costs incurred by incorrect application or misuse of products by a 3rd party.
