These micro rings have a coating of silicone inside. The silicone protects the clients hair from coming into contact with the metal micro ring. Old 'screw thread' style micro rings can cause breakage and hair loss as the hair rubs against it during the life of the extensions. Silicone is an 'anti slip' material, This means the micro ring stays firmly in place and will not slide down the hair. Micro rings are available in Blonde, Beige, Brown, Dark Brown and Black.
