Ordering and Delivery Details

DELIVERY CUT OFF TIMES FOR SAME DAY DESPATCH IS STRICTLY 3.00 PM !!!

Next Day Tracked - A next day non timed service - although it is not 'GUARANTEED' next day they aim to deliver 98% for the next working day (including Saturdays) and it is cheaper than the guaranteed next day service. There is no compensation if next day delivery is not met.

2-3 Day Tracked - A tracked service that takes a maximum of 3 working days to arrive. An inexpensive option.

Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm  - A guaranteed service sent via Royal Mail and Delivered before 1pm mainland Uk and may take up to 3pm mainland Scotland

Guaranteed Next Day before 9.30am - A guaranteed service sent via Royal Mail and Delivered before 9.30am mainland Uk and may take up to 11am mainland Scotland

Saturday Guaranteed Delivery -  Although Next Day Tracked does include a Saturday service it is NOT guaranteed.

Please place all orders online or call our designated ORDERLINE 0844 840 5874 and select option 1.

During peak times, your call may not be answered and you will be given the option to leave a message. A member of the team will call you back the same day to arrange payment as we are unable to despatch any orders prior to receiving funds.

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. There are different delivery options for you to choose. Our default option is Next Day Tracked. Full details for each delivery option is documented above.

Please ensure you select the correct required option when ordering.

In the unlikley event, your item (s) are lost, damaged or not delivered by the specified deadline we will contact Royal mail and make a claim for postal compensation.

Please note : Royal Mail will only refund the parcel value and postage paid if your order is lost or damaged.

No payments for loss of earnings etc can be claimed for
