Ordering and Delivery Details

DELIVERY CUT OFF TIMES FOR SAME DAY DESPATCH IS STRICTLY 2.00 PM !!!

Please place all orders online. If for any reason you have a problem doing so you can call our designated ORDERLINE (please note this is only manned 10am - 2pm ) 0870 961 9353 and select option 1. During peak times, your call may not be answered and you will be given the option to leave a message. A member of the team will call you back the same day to arrange payment as we are unable to despatch any orders prior to receiving funds.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. There are different delivery options for you to choose. Our default option is 1st Class Recorded which usually takes 1-2 working days but it is not guaranteed and can take up to 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT RECORDED ONLY INSURES YOUR PARCEL UP TO £41.00 SO IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM TO ROYAL MAIL FOR A MISSING PARCEL AND YOUR GOODS ARE WORTH MORE THAN £41.00 YOU CANNOT CLAIM AND LUSH-US UK ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CANNOT PAY ANY REFUNDS FOR MISSING PARCELS. IF YOU REQUIRE FULL INSURANCE PLEASE SELECT NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

There is also guaranteed next day delivery via courier, Guaranteed Next Day delivery before 9am and Saturday Guaranteed (only to be used before 2pm when ordering on a Friday) Please also note any Next day guaranteed service selected after 2.00pm will not be shipped until the next working day.
Please ensure you select the correct required option when ordering.

In the unlikley event, your item (s) are lost, damaged or not delivered by the specified deadline, we will provide you with your tracking number, so you can contact Royal mail and make a claim for compensation. Lush-Us UK does not claim for compensation on your behalf. As long as we can provide you with proof of postage we are not responsible for any missing or damaged parcel once it has been mailed.

If your order is particularly large or your postal costs exceed £10, please contact the ORDERLINE on   01642 345706 as it may be more cost effective for us to arrange a courier for you.
